BRAND NEW COURSE!!!

Since 1996, Med City Marathon has been providing a high quality, fun and energetic marathon in Rochester. The event starts at the Rochester International Event Center and runs around Rochester ending at the Civic Center. With this new course we will need more volunteers to cover the water stops. This also means that you will have a different location than last year. If you need an earlier or later position, please post that when signing up
