Digipeater is back on with UPS, keys acquired.
Equipment insurance, will do through ARRL. Missing some info on antennas, duplexers.
At Pats: Pre-pre-625 repeater (backup to backup), and SB220.
Discussion on forms, etc., and replacements/backups in case one goes down.
Finishing up K0RGR sale. RARC has equipment donated. In a 5×5 storage facility, for hamfests in Spring.

Old Business: Another account for Bill Osler Educational Fund. Must have 500+ dollars in it – Discussion to load it with $1000 and re-evaluate as needed. W0BM moves,KE0WNH seconds, vote, approved.
New Business: Holiday party in January. Soliciting suggestions for Christmas party. Vote in December.
For 2024: All current officers volunteered for 2025 (Same slate). Any motions / candidates?
Next month: Voting for officers.
Field Day: Looking for a coordinator! 4th weekend in June. Possibly Saturday-Only. 2022 antennas worked, 2023 did not work so well.
Filed Day side-project to encourage people to come, build, etc.
