Mayo is keeping people busy. Internet connection measured, to check, some losses. All the repeaters have old licenses and contact info – new documents printed and placed with the site repeaters.
820 site is fine, documents updated. Battery updated.
Fusion repeater needs updated, Windows 11 compatibility.
DSTAR repeater needs two NICs (one to repeater, other to network). Needs amplifier fan.
EOC: One of the poweramps for headphones has bad port, operator port. May need replacement/repair.
Equipment from K0RGR and ICOM equipment for sale. ICOM 746PRO whole setup ICOM PS-125, Heil Mic, Heil Headset, 2M antenna, vertical Hustler HF antenna. Likely sold as a whole package. Nearly brand new.

Reconfiguration of the EOC.
City EOC. John Turk is new emergency director. Jim is IT for Rochester. Getting more Digital, more monitors and printers for trailer
County EOC should be configured by October. Not moving stations until Storm Season is mostly over. (St. Bridges Rd. by Fleet Farm. West side of Gamehaven Lake, Co. Rd. 1)

Roger and Barb’s KOA has been sold. Sept/Oct looking to get cables re-terminated at KOA site.

August 28th ARES meeting, set up ARES trailer and do mini drill and training session.

Maple Grove EXTRA class starts Oct 3rd. $10, on Zoom.
Old Business:
Our insurance provider is going away, insurance expires in November. They have tapped a new company with quote and estimate from new company coming shortly. ARRL may be an option as well. Hopefully will have answer for next meeting.
New Business:
New hams passing tech test – Will add clarifications to the William Osler Memorial Fund.
W0STV getting TV out of trailer. Club paying for disposal.
